1Information We Collect
In our capacity as a technical talent delivery and recruitment partner, Learnsetu gathers necessary operational data to evaluate competencies, market candidate profiles, and calibrate client requisitions:
- Candidate Identity & Contact: Full name, verified email address, telephone number, geographic residency, and professional LinkedIn / portfolio URLs.
- Technical Background: Detailed resumes, Git commits, architectural code samples, educational credentials, and employment history.
- Recruitment Preferences: Desired compensation ranges, work authorization status, target engineering titles, and timezone availability.
- Employer Requisitions: Technical job descriptions, team tech stack parameters, sprint standup cadence, and company hiring managers.
2Protection of Confidential Information
In accordance with Section 4.0 of our formal Enrollment and Talent Agreements, both Learnsetu and all enrolled candidates maintain strict mutual confidentiality:
Proprietary Frameworks: All proprietary interview frameworks, specialized recruiter contacts, profile distribution methodologies, and corporate hiring intelligence shared during service delivery remain strictly confidential trade assets of Learnsetu.
Restricted Use: Candidates and employer partners are authorized to utilize shared assessment rubrics and candidate dossiers solely for legitimate evaluation and placement objectives. Any unauthorized dissemination, resale, or commercial transfer is strictly forbidden.
3Data Usage & Third-Party Processing
We process personal information under lawful operational bases, including contract fulfillment, legitimate recruitment interest, and explicit candidate consent:
- Job Application Dissemination: Upon candidate approval of their tailored resume, profile dossiers are submitted directly to validated hiring portals, hiring managers, and corporate client talent desks.
- Calendar Scheduling (Cal.com): Direct scoping calls and briefing interviews are scheduled through secure Cal.com and Google Calendar integrations.
- Legal Compliance: We maintain audit logs and agreement documentation required to enforce our 90-day placement guarantee, placement fee reconciliations, and statutory tax obligations.
4Data Security & Retention
Learnsetu employs industry-standard encryption, SSL/TLS transmission protocols, and restricted role-based administrative access to protect all stored records. Candidate and employer data is retained throughout the active talent placement timeline and for the statutory duration required to honor placement shields, warranties, and legal dispute compliance.
5Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and all related data governance procedures shall be construed strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any controversy or dispute relating to privacy compliance or data protection shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
