1Scope of Services & Dedicated Support
1.1 Talent Program Execution: Learnsetu programs are meticulously engineered to enhance technical career trajectories and employment opportunities. Services include personalized, professional resume tailoring structured to meet modern engineering standards, and profile distribution across corporate job boards and proprietary talent partner networks.
1.2 Dedicated Recruiter Assistance: Enrolled candidates are paired with a dedicated recruiter who consults directly on career priorities, target architectural roles, compensation parameters, and geographic/timezone availability.
1.3 Outcome Disclaimers: While Learnsetu enforces a 93% placement benchmark and rigorous screening protocols, there are no express or implied guarantees regarding guaranteed interview counts, specific hiring dates, or unconditional offers. Outcomes depend directly on prevailing market dynamics, corporate client hiring velocity, and the candidate’s proactive participation and interview performance.
2Marketing Policies & Service Duration
2.1 Active Service Window: Learnsetu actively markets and applies for suitable engineering opportunities on behalf of the candidate throughout the designated enrollment timeline. Upon completion of the initial active period, services conclude unless formally extended by mutual written agreement.
2.2 Service Pause Conditions: Learnsetu reserves the right to immediately suspend or pause marketing services if:
- The candidate demonstrates repeated, unexcused failure to attend scheduled client interviews or exhibits chronic non-responsiveness to recruiter communications.
- The candidate attempts to bypass official protocol by contacting client hiring managers or partner organizations via unauthorized, personal channels.
2.3 Self-Job Exemption Clause: If a candidate independently identifies, applies for, interviews, and accepts an employment opportunity entirely without utilizing any referrals, profile distribution, interview prep, or recruiter assistance provided by Learnsetu, such placement is fully exempt from success obligations.
3Candidate Responsibilities & Professional Conduct
Candidates agree to act in good faith, submit truthful credentials and project portfolios, promptly respond to interview invitations, attend scheduled technical briefings, and maintain professional conduct during corporate client interactions.
4Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, recruitment pipelines, resume engineering blueprints, and client rosters shared by Learnsetu remain the exclusive intellectual property of Learnsetu. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under applicable civil and criminal statutes.
5Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate commitment of dedicated recruiter bandwidth, professional technical resume drafting, specialized marketing infrastructure, and candidate profile distribution, all enrollment payments are strictly non-refundable and all service agreements are final upon onboarding initiation.
6Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any associated enrollment agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: The parties agree that any dispute, claim, legal action, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of India.
